2cbd is a community radio station that was born out need and has grown till now it broadcasts to the globe. 11 years ago in the small Australian country town of Deepwater a few locals decided to over come the problem of poor commercial radio reception due to geographic terrain, and started there own community radio. 2cbd is still run by a band of dedicated volunteers and now has a second studio in Glen Innes and is broadcasting to the world via Internet.

If you enjoy the presentations and music we would love you to join as a member with the new Internet membership that has been created. You'll receive a monthly newsletter that will keep you up to date with all the happenings around the station and of coarse all the gossip from around the district. We will be introducing a new internal chat system as well, allowing you to contact and chat with people from all over the globe, that have similar interests to you, and you will even be able to contact some presenters during their shows to request songs.
